Digital Strategic Framework: IT Services Staff - Have Your Say

IT Services is an enabler, providing and supporting the systems critical to teaching, research and business operations.

You are invited to have your say, help us shape the strategic framework for IT Services at the University of Birmingham. Your input will help us tailor the vision, mission and guiding principles that will define how IT Services helps make important things happen.

During this two hour workshop, we will consider the role of IT Services in 2026. We will imagine the future and consider how technology can improve the experiences of our students and staff.

We will consider how we will get there, identifying the challenges we may meet along the way, and seeking your help to determine what our priorities should be.

We are developing the IT Services Digital Strategic Framework using the University’s Professional Services Best in Class philosophy; collaboration, simplification and innovation.
